World Chat uses account/session identifiers, temporary guest/device anti-abuse identifiers, messages, settings and limited security/moderation logs to operate and protect the service. It does not need to expose your Costovia password and does not store call audio.
Public messages are designed for short retention, normally 24 hours. Private messages/media also use short configurable retention. If content is reported, a limited evidence snapshot may be retained until moderation is complete. Cleanup jobs remove expired content and temporary verification captures.
Camera or microphone access is requested only when you choose a feature that needs it. Voice calls are not recorded by default. A verification selfie is used for manual trust/safety review, is not made public, and is scheduled for deletion after the configured review window.
You can block other users and request deletion of your World Chat profile. Costovia may retain narrowly scoped report or audit evidence for a defined safety/compliance period where needed. Private content is not intended for search indexing.
World Chat records aggregate usage metrics such as visits, active users and feature counts. Country-level traffic is recorded only when a suitable hosting/CDN country header is available; unnecessary sensitive personal data should not be collected.
