The public World Chat is text-only. Images, voice messages and voice calls are private features and are available only after a private request is accepted. Acceptance is not permission to harass or send unwanted content.
Members can block and report users or content. Moderators may warn, mute, remove, restrict or ban accounts according to their assigned permissions. Costovia Super Admin can review and override chat-moderation actions. Safety evidence from a report may be retained for a limited moderation period even when normal chat content expires.
